TLC Cat Refuge, located in Berea (Madison County), Kentucky, loves animals and believes in the sanctity of all life. TLC uses a humane, innovation approach to reducing cat overpopulation by:

  • maintaining a small shelter that adopts cats and kittens into loving homes,
  • developing a trap/spay/return initiative for stray and feral cats in Madison County, and
  • educating the public about solutions to the current cat overpopulation problem.
